“Chris Allison and Brian arrived at expected arrival time, identified themselves, and immediately went to the problem area as I had described in my call. They were both Professional and friendly. Chris remembered us, our home, and our dogs and we remembered both he and Brian. They identified the problem immediately and went to work. It took them little time to fix our problem and then began a maintenance procedure to examine our other condenser, and then our 2 air handlers, as well as our two thermostats. They knew how to get to our air handlers (no easy task!) and how small the areas were, but performed their maintenance review quickly, amiably, and without incidence.
