“During the most intense part of the recent heat wave my main HVAC system produced an AC Condenser fault code. As it was after business hours I managed to get the system back up and running myself (I’m a retired mechanical engineer; don’t try that yourself). Technician Jimmy Aguilar was sent out to diagnose the system and evaluate the fault code and did an excellent job investigating and troubleshooting down to the root cause.
