“We have had a number of service calls done over the last 3 years and finally had to replace an older (early 2000’s) system.

The outside condenser unit is under the house, in a crawl space, so not easy to access. The installation crew did a wonderful job with installing the outside compressor and condenser units, outside duct routing, and installing 2 new floor ducts. The condenser unit is suspended nicely from the floor joists. A new disconnect box was installed at the condenser unit. A new air collector box installed at the condenser. Damaged and undersized ducts were replaced. Duct routing is improved quite a bit so the unit and the whole crawl space is accessible for inspection and maintenance. The outside compressor unit installation is also well done, with new refrigerant lines and a plastic foam base on concrete blocks.

The guys took the time to do the job right, not rushing through to the next job.

The installation job was completely cleaned up when the job was done.
